Weather at 7.30am: Clear blue skies and not a whisper of a wind. Gulls are speaking to each other, sparrows at fluttering, Tranquillity prevails.

Weather at 6am: Bright and clear. Warm enough even this early. Will be a very hot and sunny day today.

Started a little misty but burnt off quickly and became hot, dry, and sunny.

A great many people visited for a wedding on Cape today and the weather was so very kind to them.

Day starts dry but overcast. Nice and warm. Should clear later.

A little cloudy but nice and warm all day. Chris, a visitor caught a nice Pollack for tea.

Afternoon: Sunny and warm. Evening: Mist rolled in but still warm.

10.30am mist is clearing and rain has stopped but still quite windy.

Weather: Heavy rain overnight. The doorbell was ringing continuously because the rain got into the connection. Can't see my hand in front of my face but, wait a moment, I've got my eyes shut.

Prophecy: I will finish building the chicken house today - weather will clear in the afternoon.

Weather: Raining and very windy in the morning. Cleared to very sunny in the late afternnoon.

Weather: Misty and overcast start to the day but it should clear later and become sunny, around 10.33am is my guess.

Weather: Treating some guests for sunburn from yesterday. Today the weather is beautiful too.

12.30pm, Weather is gorgeous but still a little windy. A group of 30 walkers have arrived on Cape to do a ramble - excellent weather for walking.

10.30, Weather: the wind has calmed and the sky is blue. The odd drop of rain but I do believe that it will be very warm and sunny this afternoon and through into the evening.

Ferry should be on schedule but do check with the captain to be sure, to be sure.

9.45am, and the weather is wild and the wind is high but the rain has stopped and I love it like this.  I bet that the sun will come out later and it will be a good old day (Sun shone through in the afternoon but it remained very blustery.

If you are coming to Cape then please check with the ferry companies to make sure your boat is on schedule.

Told you so - the weather became bright and sunny and it was a lovely day through into the late evening.

Weather: Clear blue skies and a lovely start to the day. Still a little cold but it will become warmer later. A great day to visit Cape Clear.

The grass has become long in the last week or so - must give it a bit of a trim tomorrow.

Weather: Lovely throughout the day and into the night. The evening skies were clear. Walked across to the Bullig cliffs about 15 minutes walk from the hostel and watched the awsome waves beating the cliffs. Fantastic.

Basking sharks seen from the ferry again today.
