Wet or Dry: 
Dry overnight and throughout the day.

Sunny or Cloudy:
Simply stunning clear skies and hot, hot, hot all day. Temperatures were up to 80 degrees in the garden yesterday and the same today.
A lovely clear view of the night sky last night with the sky chock full of twinkly stars.

Temperature: 
A chilly start  but rising quickly to sensationally hot all day.

Windy or Still:
No wind.

Calm.

Chickens x 5:  Maggie; Oraiste; Teapot; Billybob; Ginger  
Plumage: looking good (haven't moulted since I had them)
Eggs: 

Flowers
Roses looking lovely  - pink and gorgeous..
Fuschia is still a delight and full of bees buzzing.
Marigolds are gorgeous.
Geraniums are in flower.
Too many flowers to mention them all.

Vegetables from the walled garden
Lettuce
Onion
Carrots
Spinach
Cabbage
Beetroot
Potatoes
Planted turnips
We had tomato,carrot, and onion soup last evening and it was lovely mmmmm.

Water Shortages
Please use water sparingly as water is still rationed on Cape

Fishing:  
Decorating etc - no time for fishing this week.

Thought for today:
A hobby needs a man much less than a man needs a hobby.
